Typewritten and signed letter, dated 16 Oct. 1897, addressed to "Mr. Walker," and composed on "President's Room. Brown Univrsity, Providence, R.I." stationary. Andrews writes about the possibility of getting his speech, "Europe's Greater Public Questions," published. "Mr. Walker" is probably John Brisben Walker (1847-1931), an American editor.
